Thai Lao Sticky Rice rolled onto the Schertz & Cibolo food scene as a family-run truck built around recipes that taste like home. Every order is cooked to order behind the truck window — noodles wok-tossed, egg rolls fried golden, and sticky rice steamed fresh, not reheated.
Customers keep coming back for the pork jerky and sticky rice that "took me straight back to Bangkok," crab rangoon they call the best in town, and mango sticky rice finished with a drizzle of sweet coconut sauce and toasted sesame. It's a small menu, executed with real care.
